Reserve Your Party Rentals Early — Durango’s Summer Season Fills Fast!

At Mountain Party Rental, we recommend booking as early as possible. Our inventory is limited, and Durango’s summer wedding and event season is extremely busy. Early reservations ensure the best availability.
 

24-Hour Rental Period:
All rental items are priced based on a standard 24-hour period unless arranged otherwise.

Additional Fees: Taxes, delivery, pickup, and optional setup/breakdown fees may apply depending on location and event needs.

Pickup & Drop-Off Options
Some items can be customer pickup and returned, while others do require delivery and/or setup based on your contract.

All linens, tablecloths & napkins must be ordered *one month prior to event start date*

All linens require a 50% deposit to confirm linen reservation.

Delivery/Setup/Pickup available or we can arrange for you to pick up/drop off items at home office.

  • Tent Setup & Breakdown: All tent rentals include mandatory setup and takedown by our team.

  • Purpose: This policy ensures proper installation, protects against weather-related damage, and helps maintain equipment quality and completeness.

  • Customer Access: Clients may not self-install or relocate tents after setup without prior authorization.

  • Timing: Setup and takedown times will be scheduled in advance based on your event needs.

Yard Game Rentals include cornhole, balloon darts, giant jenga, milk bottle toss, soda ring toss, bocce ball, kubb & horseshoes

Beverage Dispenser glass/plastic, water pitchers, serving dishes and platters.

8) Durango Photo Booth - Backdrop and Prop Rental

Durango Photo Booth rental offers a mobile user friendly photo booth and backdrop, with a 12MP Ipad with DNP wireless printing, photo props and backdrop with stands.  We also rent a beautiful A frame wooden wedding alter and custom picture clip holder for centerpiece table.

10) MPR Rental Lease Agreement

Our MPR Lease Agreement must be signed and returned before any rentals can be confirmed or delivered.

Mountain Party Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Mountain Party Rental DBA Durango Balloon Company LLC (“Lessor”) and the customer (“Lessee”).


Rental Period

Rentals are based on a 24-hour period, unless otherwise discussed in writing or by phone.
Late returns may incur additional daily charges.
 

Equipment Use

All rented equipment remains the property of Lessor. Lessee shall not sublease, alter, or relocate equipment without Lessor’s consent. Lessee assumes responsibility for equipment from delivery/pick-up until return.
 

Loss or Damage

Lessee assumes all risk of loss, theft, or damage while items are in their possession. If equipment is damaged, Lessee agrees to pay the full replacement cost of the item at Lessor’s discretion.
 

Post Cleaning & Rental Inspection

To maintain our inventory in good condition, all items will undergo a post cleaning and inspection after return.
Items with significant damage (e.g., burn marks, stains, broken parts, large dents) will be billed at full replacement value.
Example: An 8’ banquet table with a burn indentation must be replaced at $120.
Damaged items may be kept by the client if replacement cost is paid in full.

If tables, chairs, or other items are returned muddy, stained, or excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be charged at the lessor’s discretion to restore them to their original rented condition.
 

Delivery & Pick-Up

Delivery/pick-up fees apply based on location. Lessee must have items stacked and ready for pick-up in the same condition/location as delivered.
 

Weather & Safety

Lessee assumes all weather-related risks for outdoor events. Lessee agrees to discontinue use of any unsafe equipment and notify Lessor immediately.
 

Payments

A deposit is required to secure rentals. Final balance is due upon delivery/pick-up. Late payments may incur finance charges.


Cancellations

Tent rentals canceled 30+ days prior: full refund of deposit. 10–30 days prior: 60% refund. Less than 10 days: no refund of tent rentals; 40% of other rental items retained.
 

Liability

Lessee releases and agrees to indemnify Lessor from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from use of rented items. Lessor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding rented equipment.
