Delivery Fees

Party Rental Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on your event location, distance, drive time, and the size and weight of the rental order. Larger orders may require a truck and enclosed trailer, which can affect pricing. Party rental delivery fees are determined after confirming the total quantity of rental items, as this impacts load size, equipment needs, and transportation requirements.

Balloon delivery fees
Vary based on the size of the order, including whether items fit within a single truck load or require additional equipment such as a truck and trailer. Larger installations may require an additional U-Haul rental.

Minimum order for FREE Decor:

​

$20 decor fee on ALL orders less than $150 that require assembly/decor.  

Pick up fee for any and all decor pieces, confetti cannons or helium tanks is $25 plus fee area charge.  Otherwise $100 deposit which customer gets back when THEY return equipment.

​

Strikes* (Clean up) for a job after hours or equiptment is picked up after hours is subject to $25 fee plus area charge,  Strikes for large decor jobs typically $100, but will be custom bid at time of proposal.  Strike* = Taking Down Balloon Jobs and Cleaning.

Pricing includes delivery, setup, and pickup within Durango city limits.

🎯 Balloon Darts – $100

Object: Throw a dart, pop a balloon, win a prize (if any). Participants get 3 darts to throw, one at a time.

Operator Responsibilities:

  • Hand 1 dart at a time to each player

  • Instruct how to stand and throw safely

  • Supervise gameplay and retrieve darts afterward

  • Provide prize (if applicable)

  • Replace popped balloons with new ones

Participant Guidelines:

  • Stand behind the marked line

  • Throw one dart at a time, aim carefully

  • Be courteous and cautious of others nearby

Included Components:

  • Dart board

  • 2 wood base plates & 2 metal poles

  • "Balloon Darts" sign

  • Set of 6 darts in ceramic red mug

  • Bag of 100 inflated balloons

🥤 Soda Ring Toss – $35

Object: Toss rings to land around the neck of a soda bottle. Win a prize (if any).

Operator Responsibilities:

  • Provide a set of 6 rings per participant

  • Monitor safety and gameplay

  • Reset bottles as needed

  • Provide prize (if applicable)

Participant Guidelines:

  • Stand behind the marked line

  • Toss one ring at a time

  • Be courteous and cautious of others

Object: Knock all 3 aluminum bottles off a crate using softballs.

  • Supervise safe throwing

  • Stand behind marked lines

  • Throw one softball at a time

  • Be courteous and cautious of others
